Acid restistant PTFE Lined Reactor Vessel Dip Pipes

CRP dip pipes are manufactured with only one piece of HiPerFlon PTFE tube lining the inside and outside bores of the steel pipe without the need to have a pinched and welded end. This design successfully eliminates potential dip pipe and reactor failures.

We can manufacture dip pipes from ¾”NB to 8”NB with larger sizes upon request.

CRP’s dip pipes are suitable for use in agitated vessels and we can guarantee that the dip pipe we produce is correctly specified for the agitated vessel with our stress calculation model.

Available in both straight and curved dip pipes, these in particular are useful to introduce the liquid against the vessel wall reducing the turbulence. Depending on the specific construction we can offer these with schedule 40 or schedule 80 pipe.

Dip pipes 3”NB  and above are supplied with an internal heavy wall vacuum support tube. Like all our lined piping range we can supply dip pipes in PTFE lined carbon or stainless steel as well as static dissipating / antistatic liners.

To assist in specifying a new dip pipe we have a questionnaire which can be completed, please download a copy using this link.
