Field Flare Spool With Slide Fit Liner & One Rotating Flange Type ES1038

Specifically designed to allow field fabrication of pipe spools by the customer. 

The ES1038 field flare spool is provided with one factory finished rotating flanged end with welded stub / taft end. The other end is supplied with a plain end complete with spare slip on weld flange tack welded to the pipe.

When ready to be fabricated the PTFE is slid away from the plain end, the steel pipe is sawn to the correct length, the supplied loose flange is welded in place and properly finished and then the PTFE reintroduced and field flared completing the pipe spool leaving a pipe spool with a welded fixed flange and rotating flange behind a welded stub end ready for installation.

Field flare pipe spools are available from 1”NB to 6” NB  in 10′ lengths.
