G4 Plug Valve ASME 150
Supplied to chemical plants for nearly 50 years, the G4 plug valve has a large area locked in PTFE sleeve with a secondary reverse lip PFA diaphragm seal. The standard valve has an inline adjustable rocker arm for reseating the plug.
We can supply the Marathon G4 valve with additional O-ring seals around the stem for even higher emission control. For even further stem sealing, we can supply the Durco TSG4 severe service valve with self adjusting Belleville washers, providing a third sealing arrangement with a live loaded PTFE cup and cone seal pack.
The G4 plug valve can be used in a number of different applications with a carbon steel body. For use in highly corrosive applications, it is also available in exotic metallics.
