MACH 1 Plug Valve ASME 300
The next generation of plug valve from Durco.
Utilising a pair of PFA encapsulated taper seat inserts that replace the traditional PTFE sleeve used in the G4 series. It outperforms comparable plug valves, with many unique features.
Features of the Mach 1 Plug Valve ASME 300:
- Lower turning torque resulting in educed actuation costs
- High working temperature performance (up to 274° C)
- Easy seat replacement with minimal tools
- ISO 5211 actuator mounting pad
Available in a wide range of alloys to suit the process, from carbon steel to Zirconium / Hastelloy etc. The plug and be reseated whilst the valve stays inline. A live loaded reverse lip PFA diaphragm provides secondary stem sealing to keep emissions to a minimum.
The Mach 1 plug valve is available in sizes 1”NB up to 6”NB in class 150, class 300 and class 600 (derated) designs.
